POS is an organisation targeting sexual harassment within the hospitality industry. Our Ally Program operates to directly support members of hospitality by providing in-person services.
We also function to provide resources for venues to minimise sexual harassment and create a safer workplace.
Our anonymous reporting form is available for everyone to submit instances of harassment. These submissions are only viewed by members who have signed legally-binding NDA forms, and are used to help isolate key problem areas within our industry. You are welcome to provide as little or as much information as you’d like.
